Always carriage free!
Post boxes, signs and accessories are sent carriage free. Individual post boxes are sent by parcel post and apartment-style post box solutions and large orders are sent on pallet directly to the customer.
Goods damaged in transport
We highly recommend reporting any transportation damage within seven days, so we can more easily link the damage to transportation and make a claim with the carrier. We then either replace the article or repair it as quickly as possible - naturally, at no cost to the customer.
If the article is damaged on return due to improper packing, the customer will be charged. Therefore, Flexbox recommends returning the article in its original packaging. The elevating base and other loose items should be fastened so they do not damage the letter box on return. No goods should be returned without prior contact with Flexbox and issuance of a return slip.
